12th Annual Reclaim MLK's Radical Legacy March & Week of Action
Reclaim MLK: The Radical Legacy Lives in the Streets
✊🏿 Save the date: January 19, 2026
We will be in the streets of Oakland from 11AM–3PM for the 12th Annual Reclaim MLK March, rooted in Rev. Dr. King’s uncompromising vision for anti-capitalist, anti-war, racial and economic justice.
This is not ceremony. This is political alignment and collective power.
We are launching Two Weeks of Action starting January 12th, a mass call for independent actions led by the people, for the people, from Oakland to every corner resisting fascism locally and federally.
People Power Trumps Fascism.
We must stand united. No division. No silence. No retreat.
Those in power may hold government locally and federally, but they do not hold the people.
Our communities have survived repression before, and we will outlast it again.
We stand on the side of truth, healing, and accountability.
We reject state violence, mass incarceration, and systems that disappear our people.
We organize for real safety led by community, not surveillance or punishment.
A fascist government thrives when movements fracture.
A people’s movement wins when we stay ready and stay together.
🔥 The people will prevail.
🔥 In the East Bay, and across the country.
🔥 Locally and federally.
Let them underestimate us. We will prove them wrong in the streets.
Stay ready. Stay rooted. Stay united.
