APTP Announces Federal Lawsuit on Behalf of Yuvette Henderson's Family

On February 2, 2015 members of the Emeryville Police Department gunned down and killed Yuvette Henderson, a mother of four and a grandmother. On Thursday, October 29, 2015 APTP, along with members of Yuvette's family and their attorney Dan Siegel held a press conference to announce that they filed a Federal Civil Suit against the Emeryville Police Department as well as the two officers involved. On February 2, 2015 Yuvette Henderson - a mother of four and a grandmother - was killed by officers from the Emeryville Police department with an AR-15 military style assault weapon on the Oakland/Emeryville border.
